Use The Pen drive As A Key For Login The Computer

Its time to ignore the typing password in the computer, now use the pen drive as a password for login the computer. Simple example, just insert the pen drive like key in the USB port and get access to the computer. Its one of the top most pen drive geek and most of them used this method to access the computer, because it helps to protect the files from unknown users and its the best way to secure the files from hackers. In many private sectors use this method to protect the company secrets and highly confidential files. This method is only eligible for all the versions of Windows operating system.

Steps To Creating The Pen drive As A Password For Access The Computer

• Prepare an empty pen drive for insert the start up key. ( In my opinion is using the Sandisk or transcend pen drive its working finely...)
• Insert the pen drive in USB port.
• Open the Run Window or Pressing Windows key + R. 
• Run dialog box will be appears on the left bottom of the screen.
• In the Run dialog box type " compmgmt.msc " that means computer management and click OK button.

• Computer Management dialog box appears on the screen and click the " Disk Management " option at the left side of the dialog box.

• Select the Pen drive and Right Click it, then chooses the option " Change Drive Letter and Paths ".
• Change Drive Letter and Paths box appears, then click the " change " button.

• Choose the Letter " A" and click OK button.

The above steps are helping to act a pen drive as a floppy disk. Now your pen drive is turned to the floppy disk.

• Again open the " Run " window and type " syskey ", then click OK button.

• Click the " Update " button on the Securing Windows Account Database box.

• Start up Key dialog box appears and choose the "Store Start Up Key On Floppy Disk "and then click OK button. 

Suppose if you want to set up the start up password without a pen drive means do the last three steps and simply changing the option in the " Start Up Key " dialog box like below image.

Important Information about the trick is after insert the start up key please be safe your pendrive, if its missing there is no way to open the computer. Try this geek and be different from others.
